Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse, Headphones, power strip.  UPS optional.

Cables: Power (x2), Video, Ethernet.

Food planning is still underway, but figure you should bring ~$5 worth of something to share, whether that is a case of pop or couple bags of chips.  Sign up here.

Misc Details:

For those traveling a ways, you’re welcome to sleep on the floor & use the facilities at the Juchems place, so please bring the appropriate gear.  Beds are reserved for those 40+ years in age (you know who you are!)

The hotel has rooms with comfy beds.  😉  Checking out the rates, a room for four adults with 2 Queen beds is ~$76 per night, bringing the cost per person to $38 for both nights if you elect to stay at the hotel.  Let me know if you would be interested in that but don’t have four people, I’ll facilitate grouping people up as best I can.

We will be locking up the hotel conference room overnight, so setting up Friday and taking stuff down Sunday morning should be safe and easy.

Currently NATLAN is pursuing several sponsorships (thank you Ben Z.) and has a recurring sponsorship from Ryan Graf that is making the weekend conference room a reality.  Be sure to thank Ryan.

NATLAN registration consists of accepting the invitation sent out earlier.  If you need that resent, contact me.

If you know people that are interested in attending, I need their email so that I can invite them via the Google Calendar invite.

What help is needed:

Volunteers to attempt the setup of dedicated servers for each game.   In addition, the ability to administrate these dedicated servers while in game.

Volunteers to be there Friday night and Sunday morning to assist with setup and tear down.

Volunteers to assist with helping people with technical issues the day of and infrastructure setup.

Gigabit ethernet switches.  If you’ve got one you can bring, let me know.  Eight port+ switches are especially nice.

Just some planning assistance.  I’ve got a couple items for a raffle/giveaway but would appreciate some assistance in planning how this is working out.  It would also be nice to firm up a game plan.
